A written proposal before any paid operations work.
Globalstratconnct offers three engagement formats. This page explains what each one is for, what it includes, and how a fee is set. It is not a price list, and it is not a binding offer. Work starts when you accept a proposal that names scope, time, and fee.
Usually 2–4 weeks
Operating Diagnostic
A paid, bounded look at one operating question. You receive findings and a recommendation: stop, adjust internally, or commission a build.
Included
Interviews and a walk-through of the flow in scope
A written view of the constraint
A recommended next step, with reasons
Not a build
The diagnostic does not redesign the operating system or run a pilot, unless the proposal says otherwise.
Usually 6–12 weeks
Operating System Engagement
The main format. We design and pilot routines for one or two priority flows: model, process, capacity, quality, reviews, or a combination named in the proposal.
A follow-on period after a design, for clients who want help while the routine becomes normal. It is optional and separately accepted.
Included
Scheduled check-ins
Adjustments based on live use
An adoption log and close-out brief
It does not replace your supervisors and it does not renew by default.
How fees are set
After the operating question is clear
The first 45-minute conversation is not charged. A fee applies only to work described in an accepted proposal.
Why there is no single public price
The same service name covers a different amount of work when the number of sites, flows, and people changes. Publishing one figure would describe a scope we have not seen.
What the proposal states
Format, services, timeline, fee, expenses such as agreed travel, and items that are out of scope. You can decline with no further obligation.
How you accept
In writing. Verbal enthusiasm is not a start date. Changes to scope are written as well.
