The practice
An operations practice for the way work actually moves.
Globalstratconnct is operated by GHENADIE GOGA from Strada Primăverii 31, Chișinău. The work is operations management: designing routines that managers can run after the engagement ends.
What the company is
Globalstratconnct helps operating leaders see how work is planned, passed between people, checked, and reviewed. Clients are usually past the stage where a founder or a single supervisor can hold the whole operation in their head.
The practice is based in the Republic of Moldova. Engagements can include time at the client’s site and remote working sessions. The mix is written into the proposal so travel and availability are explicit.
We are not a software vendor, a recruitment firm, or a certification body. If the useful next step is a system license, a hiring plan, or a legal audit, we say so and stop there.
How the work is done
The same sequence is used on a single process or a broader operating model. Depth changes. The order does not.
02 · Name
Name the constraint
We agree the operating problem in plain language before changing roles, forms, or meetings.
03 · Design
Design a small routine
The routine covers ownership, handoff, a check where it matters, and the conversation that keeps it alive.
04 · Pilot
Pilot on live work
A bounded slice of real work uses the new routine. We adjust what the pilot shows, not what the diagram hoped.
05 · Review
Review with the managers
Leaders use the review once or twice while we are still there, so the agenda is tested rather than handed over cold.
06 · Hand over
Leave the records behind
Maps, decision notes, control points, and the review pack stay with the client. The client path is described here.
Principles
- Restraint A new meeting or form has to earn its place. If it does not change a decision, it does not stay.
- Respect for the work People closest to the flow are part of the design. A routine that ignores them will be bypassed.
- Written scope What is included, what is not, and what “done” means are in the proposal before paid work starts.
- Confidentiality Operating details shared for the work are used for that engagement, not for marketing stories. See the Privacy Policy.
- No invented certainty We do not promise a savings percentage or a headcount cut. The proposal names deliverables we can actually complete.
