FAQ
Questions clients ask before they commission the work.
These answers match the way engagements are actually run. If your question is not here, send it and we will reply within two business days.
Engagement
What happens on the first conversation?
It lasts about 45 minutes. You describe the operating question and we say whether operations management is the right kind of help. The conversation is not charged and it is not a diagnostic. If there is a fit, the next step is a written proposal.
How long does an engagement take?
An Operating Diagnostic is usually two to four weeks. An Operating System Engagement is usually six to twelve weeks. Adoption Support, when it is used, is usually four to eight weeks. The proposal states the timeline for your scope.
Who from our side needs to be involved?
A sponsor who can decide on scope, and the managers or supervisors who run the flow. We do not need the whole company in every session. The proposal names the sessions and who should be there.
Do you work on site or remotely?
Both are possible. The practice is based in Chișinău. Site time and remote sessions are written into the proposal, including any travel that would be charged as an expense.
Scope
Is this a software implementation?
No. Globalstratconnct does not sell or implement software. If the constraint is a missing system rather than the way work is managed, we will say so.
Do you replace our operations manager or supervisors?
No. We design and embed routines with the people who already run the operation. Implementation support is coaching for a fixed period, not a substitute for your own roles.
Which operations do you take on?
Light manufacturing, warehousing, field service, and shared-service queues are the settings we are organized for. Other repeating operations can be discussed. We decline work that is really a request for software, staff, or a certified audit.
Can you work on one process only?
Yes. Process Performance is designed for one or two end-to-end flows. A wider operating model is proposed only when decision rights across teams are part of the problem.
Do you provide legal, audit, or certification services?
No. Quality routines here are practical checks inside a flow. They are not a legal opinion, a financial audit, or an ISO certification.
Commercial
How are fees decided?
In a written proposal after the operating question, the number of sites, and the people involved are clear. There is no single public price, because that figure would describe a scope we have not seen.
Is the first conversation charged?
No. The 45-minute discovery conversation has no fee. The Operating Diagnostic and every later format are paid, and only after you accept a proposal.
What is not included in a fee?
Software licenses, recruitment, temporary staff, legal or tax advice, certification audits, and running the operation in place of your team. Agreed travel is listed as an expense, not hidden inside the fee.
Can you guarantee a productivity or savings figure?
No. We do not promise a percentage improvement or a cost reduction. The proposal names operational deliverables, such as a piloted flow, a control plan, or a review your managers have already run.
Working together
How do we communicate during the work?
You have one point of contact at Globalstratconnct. During active work you receive a weekly note covering what happened, what is next, and what is blocked. Day-to-day incidents stay with your supervisors.
In which language are documents prepared?
English, unless the proposal agrees another language. The website itself is in English.
How is confidentiality handled?
Information you share is used to answer the enquiry or to carry out an accepted engagement. We do not publish client operations as marketing stories. The Privacy Policy explains how enquiry details are handled.
What should we prepare before work starts?
Only material you already have: an organization sketch, one example of the flow, and any measure you trust. Please do not create a pack for its own sake. Preparation is described on the engagement page.
What do we keep when the engagement ends?
The deliverables named in the proposal: maps, decision notes, control plans, review packs, and the close-out brief. They are yours to use in the operation.
